My background
I am a qualified Physical education teacher, Life and Business Coach, Pilates Instructor and Master Reiki and Energy Healing practitioner and I believe passionately in the importance of a healthy mind, body and spirit.
I have spent 30 years in the Personal Development industry, working with individuals, teams and large organisations in a diverse range of education and private businesses.
I have experience both in running my own training company in the UK and abroad and in developing, evaluating and implementing business strategies with one of the UK's most prestigious franchise companies. I have worked with County and All England athletes and sports people.
I continue to work with a broad-based clientele, both individual and corporate, encompassing all shapes, sizes, abilities and dispositions. I specialise in assisting individuals to achieve the goals they desire.
